Data analysis and forecasting

  • Learn the theory and practice of using AI for real estate data analysis and visualization.
  • Discover how AI translates English requests into code, interprets data manipulation needs, and generates functional programming for property applications.
  • Create sophisticated visualizations and analytics using actual property data—all without coding experience.

Associate Professor (UCL) & Director, Bartlett Real Estate Institute
A proponent of leveraging AI in the property sector with a strong academic background in RE economics, frequently emphasizing that professionals won’t be displaced by AI itself, but by those who know how to use it effectively​. In this course, Niko provides a strategic overview of AI applications in real estate, focusing on the practical integration of AI into business workflows and the new skills required for successful adoption of these tools​.
